Speech Center 20th Anniversary

The Speech Center is turning 20, and we’d like to invite our past student speech consultants from the years 1996 to 2016 back to celebrate over Homecoming Weekend.

We want to honor your hard work and dedication, and thank you for the hours of service you gave to help students with more than 30,000 presentations. We invite you to join us to toast our 20 years and catch up with consultant colleagues and old friends on the staff.

If you are able to come to town early, we’d like to invite you to participate in an early afternoon networking reception with current students to share your experiences as a former Speech Consultant and ways your knowledge of the importance of excellence in public expression may have influenced, even enhanced, your career options and aspirations. No preparation is necessary. If you would like to be a part of this Friday event or simply receive more information, please contact Liz Ross (eross@richmond.edu; 804-289-8142) in the Office of Alumni & Career Services.
